There is certainly a nnotes.dll, and my old C API programs all work

I have a variety of extensions, and they seem to work fine. Besides, I just searched for the nnotes.dll, and it is there, as expected. I am not sure why the Blackberry Synchroniser fails, but it is not because nnotes.dll doesn't exist.
